Stefka was founded by Stefka Ivanova — a marketing leader who spent years inside startups and scale-ups, building entire marketing functions from scratch. She created Stefka to bring that same in-house ownership and strategic depth to more teams, without the overhead, the layers, or the limitations of a traditional agency.
